'House Of Mirrors' is an honest and unapologetic product of our musical influences and experiences that highlighted our formative years from 2017-2019.

These songs are some of the earliest we'd ever written together as a group, and the wide range in stylistic choices can be attributed to us trying to 'find our feet' in a creative sense. We'd dabbled in Metalcore and more technical styles in the past, but ultimately found the most common ground exploring alternative and nu-metal sounds from the 90's mixed with some of the more modern characteristics of hardcore.

After playing them live countless times, writing, re-writing, recording, re-recording, and butting a lot of heads, we felt we were finally approaching the end of this musical chapter. From this long and turbulent process, these 6 tracks are what we were left with. Regardless of their flaws, we are proud of getting them to this point.

Lyrically, this EP can be seen as a reflection on some of our painful growing experiences, and the ultimate acceptance of where we've come to now as bandmates and as people. That's where the name of the title track, 'House of Mirrors', was derived from. We ultimately decided to give the EP this name as well because we felt that it thematically summed everything up.

Some of it is juvenile, and some of it is aspires to be a little more than that, but at the end of the day this is what we've got to show for our effort. It is 100% authentic to who we were at time of writing and we hope you can find some enjoyment in it.
